All custom orders are charged in advance via our online payment method or Bank Transfer. Our team will reach out to you once the order is placed to confirm details, size, design, and payment link/ Bank Details will be sent to you. The order preparation will start once the payment is received.

When will my order be shipped after purchase?

Most of our orders will be prepared and shipped within 1-5 business days. The preparation time of the products may increase with the amount of handwork required for the product and during the campaign periods. Custom orders and extra large designs may be ready up to 10 business days.

The shipping companies will deliver your order within 2-5 business days, approximately.

You will get the tracking number when we have shipped your order. So, it is very important to fill in your contact details and shipping information correctly.

Will I pay any shipping fees and customs duty fees?

No, you will not pay any extra fees other than the prices that you see on the checkout page. You will not pay any customs duty and shipping fees.
